I specialize in working with women and girls who are struggling with the pressure to have everything figured out. In an overwhelmingly busy, results oriented world, it can be really challenging to establish boundaries and navigate challenging situations. Learning what you want, who you are and what you value can be so helpful in living a full life that allows you to thrive. Using a whole person approach, addressing both mind and body wellness, my clients find increased overall well-being.

I work with clients who frequently experience anxiety, depression, and struggle with perfectionism. I also help many clients through difficult life transitions and future planning. Using a client centered approach, therapy is tailored specifically to each individual. I utilize a strengths based approach and align with acceptance and commitment therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness techniques and other modalities.

My office is conveniently located in Mount Pleasant, SC. I offer both day time and evening hours. I will always do my best to accommodate your needs. My goal is to create a safe and confidential environment with a relaxed atmosphere so you feel comfortable.
