Stress and anxiety have become the ultimate enemy for so many of us! The rates of burn out, anxiety and overwhelm are on the rise. Learning how to cope with this somewhat inevitable part of being human is crucial in living a fulfilling life!

This workshop is designed to help expand our knowledge about what stress and anxiety does in our lives, and ways we can worth it, rather than fight against it. We’ll walk through my four step approach to managing overwhelming stress and anxiety as young adults.

We’ll work through these four main steps:

Phase Two: Acceptance
Phase Three: Agility
Phase Four: Action
