Holding on to how you thought it “should” be isn’t going to get you to where you want to be, how you want to feel, who you want to be, and the life you want to create.

In this workshop, I will walk your through the process of identifying where you can let go of these old, unhelpful patterns you’re so sick of feeling stuck in. You’ll set down the beliefs and habits that you know are really just getting in your way so that you can step into the here and now. Live from what’s in front of you, right now.

Living in the past, the stories you’ve created about yourself and your life creates emotional friction and disappointment which understandably leads to feeling small, discouraged, uncertain, scared and frustrated.

AND I’ve walked myself, and many of my clients from the place of stuckness through to possibility in continuing to grow.

Anytime is the perfect time to reassess, to realign and to spark the energy as you continue forward, to let go of what’s no longer serving you so that you can step into all that you are becoming. Your mental well-being deserves some time and attention.

During this workshop you will:

  • Understand why it can feel so challenging to let go of how you “thought it would be” 
  • Deepen your practice of actively processing and releasing what is holding you back from living more presently in your life with tangible, action oriented tools
  • Learn how to detach from specific outcomes and loosen your grip on control that fuels anxiety, stress and frustration  
  • Practice re-aligning yourself to a sense of presence and peace in the here and now
  • Explore what reinvigorating your life looks like for you now, and how you can act from that desire each day

I’m a Certified Life Coach + Former Therapist

Utilizing a blend of research based coaching and therapeutic techniques, I support my clients in releasing anxiety, self doubt and emotional health utilizing holistic mental health coaching practices. I’m passionate about bridging the gap between emotional and mental well-being and personal growth.

I’m on a mission to make the conversation and knowledge around practices, skills and connection that facilitate mental wellness and a life well lived (whatever that means to you) for each and every one of us more accessible, normalized and approachable.

After receiving my Masters Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Johns Hopkins University and working in several clinical settings, I fell in love with supporting others in navigating the ups and downs of the “real world,” without feeling powerless to unrelenting expectations, self doubt and anxiety.
