Doors are officially open. Spots are limited!
I’ll bet I know a few things about you…if you’ve landed here you are a smart, capable, ambitious woman…
You know how to push, because you’ve been pushing your whole life. You know how to hold it together when everything’s falling apart, smile in the meeting, close the deal, show up for your kid, and still make it to the 6am workout a few days a week, all while wondering if you’re doing a good enough job.
What you haven’t quite figured out is how to give yourself a meaningful pause that propels you forward.
Maybe a part of you knows change is a comin’ but you don’t know what exactly.
Maybe a part of you is dying for a full, full exhale that a day off or extra sleep won’t give you.
Maybe things are trucking along okay but you know you want so much more.
There’s a big difference between the woman who’s driving her life forward and the woman who’s white-knuckling the wheel with force and stress because she’s scared of what happens the second she loosens her grip.
From the outside they can look the exact same. From the inside, one of them is thriving and the other is depleted, holding 94,587 pieces of a broken puzzle together, wondering when’s the last time she felt truly clear and content.
If that’s you…if you’re successful and exhausted, capable and coming apart around 11pm when nobody’s paying attention, keep reading. This is for you.
This retreat is not a let’s sit around a table mapping out a 6-12 month business plan you’re going to abandon by November kinda vibe. I’ve watched women build gorgeous plans on paper and never follow through on a single line of them because a “better plan” isn’t the right solve for what you’re experiencing. You know how to make a business plan already.
What actually changes your business and life is becoming a woman who’s bold enough to want what she wants without apology, brave enough to act on it before she feels ready, and boundaried enough to protect the energy it takes to follow through without burning herself down in the process.
Bold. Brave. Boundaried. That’s the whole theme of our weekend.
I want more women to understand how to access their own power, and I don’t mean the kind you perform for an audience or grit and bare to look a certain way. I mean the kind that lets you do the brave thing you already know you’re capable of, even when it’s inconvenient, even when it costs you something you’re terrified of losing, even when you’re not sure you’re the right person to do the thing (you are, btw).
We need more brave women, not more women who just sound like they have all their sh*t together in a caption. And bravery without boundaries burns out very quickly, which is exactly why we need both to get sustainable, insane results.
This retreat is built to bring that boldness forward, in your body, so you can believe it enough to take action and make change. I’m sure you can logically tell me a LOT of things you know might help you, but there’s a gap between that logic in your head and what you genuinely believe to be true about yourself, your business and your life in your body. That’s what we’re going to work on bridging during the Stand Tall Retreat.
So much of my work is helping women let go of what’s no longer working so they can use their strength to build businesses they love, have meaningful impact through their work while supporting their families and priorities without burning themselves out.
Usually that looks like:
More time for, and by themselves – Space to just be, without needing to produce something from it
Deeper reflection (the kind you can’t rush through in a five minute journal sesh)
A real clearing of the old like releasing that from your body not just thinking about it
Laser sharp focus on what’s next, in business or in life
Becoming the woman who can show up to make more money, put yourself out there and finally create everything you’ve been wanting
A nervous system that finally works for you, instead of one that you know is constantly on overdrive
That’s what you’re walking into. That’s where bold, brave, and boundaried become your new norm.
This is an intimate group, capped at a small number, because the entire point is that you get seen and supported the whole time we’re together, not lost in a crowd taking notes from the back row. You’ll get personalized attention throughout the retreat. This helps you walk away feeling very clear and confident on how to take what you experience during the retreat and implement it once you get home.
This isn’t the bougie, cute-photos-for-the-feed kind of retreat (though we will have a photographer and I’ll be sharing the goods – it’s just not the point, ya know?).
That’s just not my jam. I’m not your hype girl. I’m your depth girl HA. I’m the person who’s going to reach into the depths of what you actually want, what you’re avoiding, and what you’re truly here to do, so you can leave this weekend and go make some big, real moves.
I have a Master’s in Counseling and 8+ years as a coach and breathwork facilitator behind me, which means I have the understanding of the nuance that you’re holding and I’m not afraid to go there with you. I’m trained to hold what actually comes up when you stop just juggling the day to day to do’s for a second. I’m skilled enough to help you turn it into forward motion instead of just a good cry (though we welcome and embrace crying, always!!).
I’ve also spent the last year putting my own advice through the wringer. I closed the group programs I used to run and went all in on working with women one on one. And since I made that call, I’ve set standards for my life and my business that I would’ve thought were insane even a year ago. I more than doubled my revenue, moved and bought a house in the exact neighborhood I used to dream about, and I credit the work I’m about to walk you through with helping me become the woman who could do all of that without losing herself in the process.
I got there by getting bold about what I wanted, brave about acting on it, and boundaried enough to protect the energy it took to actually move on. That’s the same thing I’m bringing into this retreat weekend.
You’re going to leave well-resourced, more sure of yourself, unwilling to burn out, and deeply committed to the mission you know you’re here to build.
Last year, after the retreat, one woman left her job and started her own business. Another raised her rates and increased her revenue by 15% without working a single extra hour. Another left her marriage. I’m not telling you that so you panic about what breathwork might unlock (though, fair, do a little prep hahaha we’re not messing around), I’m telling you because this work moves people. It will move you toward the truth you already know and just haven’t let yourself act on yet.
Beyond whatever specific shift is waiting for you, you’ll leave with:
Saturday – Full Day
Welcome, grounding, and breakfast to start. Three breathwork sessions spaced through the day, each one followed by coaching integration, journaling, or group processing so nothing you access just evaporates. Lunch in the middle to actually rest. We’ll head to the yummiest dinner downtown at my favorite restaurant all together! (Opt out if you choose, that’s cool too!) Stay tuned for a few bonus surprises 😀I can’t give it all away yet.
Sunday – Half Day
One lighter, integration focused breathwork session, craft our takeaways and action plans, go for a nice stroll together and closing so you leave with your plan locked in before you head home.
If you’ve never visited before, you’re in for a treat. It’s a cute coastal town that in my (very biased) opinion is the perfect balance of small town feel, water access, tons to do, good food and culture, and of course, the Chesapeake Bay views. Your time here will be so well spent, retreat aside.
You’re a great fit if you:
When: October 3rd & 4th
Where: Annapolis, Maryland (of course 😉)
Investment:
ENROLL NOW – 3-month Payment Plan
Spots are capped so this stays small and intimate. Once they’re gone, they’re gone.
Come get bold, get brave, get boundaried, and go build the life you actually want without burning yourself down to get there. Let’s go.
