I know what it feels like to be capable, committed, and deeply invested in your work and still feel like things take more out of you than they should.
You’re doing meaningful work, helping other people move forward, and getting some results… but there’s a steady undercurrent of tension, constantly managing yourself and dampening what’s really possible for you while trying SO HARD, just to keep momentum going, meanwhile you’re watching people way less qualified have massive success
That was me for waaaay longer than I’d like to admit.
What I couldn’t see yet was where my effort was leaking and how often I was overriding signals that were actually trying to protect my energy, clarity, and capacity.
Instead, I was buying into the idea that someone else had a secret I didn’t have, and it wasn’t until I let go of that that I made multiple six figures (while working less hours/week, btw).
OH, and since the coaching world can be sketchy & hard to know who to trust, here’s a bit about my training and the experience I infused into this diagnostic to make it robust and ACTUALLY helpful.
I have a Master’s Degree in Counseling from Johns Hopkins University. I’m a former psychotherapist, a board-certified coach, and a certified breathwork facilitator. I’ve spent years working with high-performing women navigating growth, pressure, money, leadership, and identity both privately through my business and as a leader in fast-paced start up environments.
Once I learned how to see this clearly, how to locate the real problem instead of fighting to keep my head afloat and pouring my energy into the wrong thing
This is where you’ll feel like you can accurately talk about who you are, what you do and make the moves that call in more money without overscheduling yourself or sacrificing your life outside of work.
If you don’t want to keep paying the quiet cost of guessing, pushing, or overriding yourself…
