The Practice Membership?
The Practice is an online membership program for your mental health and emotional well-being where you grow in your relationship to yourself, surrounded by a community of amazing humans on the same journey.
This membership guides you through the practice of being human and what it looks like to explore and nurture your emotional well-being. It's a space to learn, to heal, to experiment, and to grow.
In The Practice, we use my signature framework developed through thousands of hours working with clients to explore some of the most integral parts of creating a life that feels genuinely aligned.
Imagine getting to a place where you feel comfortable and confident in your own skin. You no longer feel thrown about by life’s events. You're able to release the tight grip on perfection and unrealistic expectations of yourself. You know what to do when that mean voice in your head comes knocking. The Practice Framework
Emotional wellness is a big part of being human. Learn how to be with your emotions, explore the ups and downs, while remembering your allowed to feel. It's okay. This is where we'll dive into all things emotional intelligence, coping skills, managing stress, anxiety, + more.
None of us can do this alone. As humans we're social beings. Making friends and finding community as an adult can be #thestruggle. Relationships (both romantic and platonic) are a big piece of life. Let's explore and help you build your tribe!

Meet Your Coach
Hey my friend! I'm so glad you're here - I'm Chelsea. As a Certified Life Coach and Therapist, I support people who are feeling entirely overwhelmed, anxious and discouraged by the realities of navigating adulthood.
Following years of clinical experience working in a multitude of settings from crisis houses to college counseling centers to private practice, I've learned that most people aren't really set up with what they need to cultivate a life they love or be their true selves. It breaks my heart and I'm here to change that.
While there will always be struggles and challenges that come up, and "perfect" just isn't a thing, having the tools you need to feel empowered and aligned can absolutely change your life. I've seen it 100x over!
I have a holistic, whole person approach to my work. I approach mental and emotional well-being by looking at a lot of different areas of your life. From the relationship you have with yourself to your career, to how you treat your physical body, and of course, what's going on from a mental/emotional perspective. I believe that you are absolutely capable of anything you set your mind to and I can help you get there with much more ease, clarity and groundedness.
Asked & Answered
We don't wait until we're super sick to start seeing a medical doctor, do we? I like to think of our mental and emotional well-being in the same way! There's no such thing as "bad enough." Chances are if you're having the inkling that it might be helpful to elicit some external support, there's a reason for that. We don't have a lot of space in the hustle of everyday life to think about our lives intentionally, to explore different ideas and to process through the hard parts. If you're ready to look within and get to know yourself really well, to build community... if you're ready to be challenged, if you're ready to feel more confident and assertive in your life, The Practice is THE place!
Such a great question and how amazing! The Practice Membership program is created to be a space that you can engage with as much as it supports you. I've worked with clients who find the blend of self learning and group learning to be a beautiful addition to one on one work.
It may be a good idea to check in with your therapist/coach to talk about utilizing The Practice with the work you're doing there.
Remember that YOU are the expert on you. You can always give it a try to decide if it's the right support for you!
Nope! The whole idea of this program is to meet you where you are, and provide the support that feels good for YOU. Feel free to opt in and out of certain aspects of the program. Always encouraging you to honor what feels good for you! Everything will be recorded so you can re-watch in your own time as it feels supportive.
The membership starts with a 3 month commitment to allow you the time and space to fully dive in, and explore. Healing, growth and learning takes some time. There's no need to rush. You can cancel anytime after the initial 3 months if you feel this isn't the right fit for you.
I started my career as a traditional psychotherapist and I have so much love and appreciation for that field. I have my masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Johns Hopkins University and am a National Certified Counselor. I often infuse the skills I learned as a therapist with my coaching approach. I also received training in coaching and am a Board Certified Coach.
Here are the main differences between coaching and therapy:
Coaching is present and future focused. In the work, we'll take a look at where you are right now and where you'd like to be. You'll engage in long term thinking and goal setting - you'll learn how to hold yourself accountable! My approach is science based and holistic. We'll look at all facets of your life and well-being to help your grow and develop as you move forward.
Therapy is often focused on healing the past, processing trauma and unhelpful repeated behavior. The focus is centered around the past. That being said, in coaching we will still explore parts of the past as that makes us who we are, but the sole purpose of the work is on the present/future!
- Going from daily panic attacks to less than one/month
- Changing from a dead end job to one that feels fulfilling and inspiring

- Finding the partner I've always dreamed of while honoring my needs and values
